Finance & Accounts Executive (Full Sets & Payroll)

What you'll be doing

• Manage full sets of accounts and ensure timely preparation of financial reports
• Oversee payroll administration, CPF submissions, tax filings, and insurance matters
• Prepare audit schedules and liaise with auditors for annual audits
• Monitor cash flow to support business operations and financial stability
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax, and labour regulations
• Support ad-hoc finance and business requirements

What we're looking for

• Diploma level and above in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• 2 - 3 years of working experience handling full sets and payroll
• Strong knowledge of payroll, CPF, and statutory filings
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP software
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently
