Reports to: Finance Director

What You'll Do

• Independently manage revenue accounting and monthly closing across multiple entities, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting
• Optimize revenue recognition and month-end close processes, building automated reconciliation dashboards and voucher-checking rules to improve reporting quality
• Drive adoption of AI and RPA tools in accounting and reconciliation to boost finance digitalization
• Support process standardization and assist with ad hoc audit, tax, settlement, and treasury matters

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience handling full sets of accounts (AP/AR/GL)
• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred
• 2+ years of financial accounting experience; internet, gaming, or related industry background preferred
• Familiar with IFRS/US GAAP revenue recognition standards; strong Excel and financial software skills
• Process improvement mindset — experience with AI, Python, RPA, BI dashboards, or API data integration is a plus
• Able to independently handle bank reconciliation and multi-currency accounting
• Detail-oriented, logical, proactive, and a strong cross-functional collaborator
