Our client is an established organization, presently undergoing a renewal of their senior leadership team. As the Finance organisation enhances its business support capabilities, there now exists an excellent opportunity for a broad based Finance professional to join them in this meaningfully challenging role.

Role

Reporting to the Group CFO, you are a strategic and hands-on Finance Director, responsible for full-suite finance operations. Amongst other things, this includes financial accounting and reporting, tax planning and optimization, continuous process improvements and systems implementation/enhancements. You can be expected to lead strategic discussions with senior stakeholders, as well as be operationally hands on and deeply attuned to the business.

Requirements

You are degree qualified, ideally in Accounting and Finance. Professional qualifications e.g. CA, CPA are pre-requisites for the role. You have a minimum of 15 years&apos relevant experience gained in an organization of scale, and earlier years spent in a Big 4 Accounting Firm. You are driven, accountable and have a strong sense of ownership. A deep technical foundation in finance operations is highly desirable.
