As ScaleUp enters its next phase of growth,We arehiring an experienced finance professional to help drive restructuring,audit readiness, and IPO-quality financial reporting for a high-growthtechnology-enabled financial platform.

This is a hands-on role for someone who has worked oncomplex reporting situations such as carve-outs, reorganisations, first-timeaudit readiness, or capital markets preparation. You will work closely withmanagement and external advisers to build supportable financial information,improve reporting processes, and help prepare the business for the next stageof institutional growth.

What you will do

• Support restructuring and finance workstreams linked to IPO readiness and group reorganisation.
• Help prepare audit-ready, investor-grade financial information and supporting schedules.
• Work with external auditors and advisers on accounting papers, reporting issues, and documentation.
• Strengthen reporting processes, controls, reconciliations, and finance governance for a scaling platform business.
• Assist with cross-functional coordination across finance, legal, tax, and strategic projects.

What we are looking for

• 6-15+ years of experience in Big-4 audit, deals, financial reporting, controllership, or transaction support.
• Strong experience in restructuring, carve-outs, IPO readiness, or complex financial reporting.
• Background in fintech, asset management, wealthtech, platform businesses, or other regulated / multi-entity environments is highly valued.
• Strong technical accounting judgment, attention to detail, and ability to produce clear support for audit and diligence review.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with senior stakeholders and evolving workstreams.
