Responsibilities:
- Lead the hospital's financial strategy, advising senior leadership and governance committees on performance, risk, and long-term sustainability.
- Oversee budgeting and financial planning, ensuring accurate forecasting, performance monitoring, and timely financial reporting.
- Drive revenue cycle management, including funding models, subventions, billing, collections, and financial KPIs optimisation.
- Provide financial analysis, scenario planning, and strategic insights to support executive decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and statutory requirements manage audits and regulatory reporting.
- Oversee procurement governance and capital investment planning for facilities, medical equipment, and technology.
- Lead and develop the finance team while partnering cross-functionally to align financial management with clinical and operational goals.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy
- At least 10 years of experience in Finance
- Strong Leadership
- Hospital / Healthcare experience
