Finance Director

We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead and oversee the organisation's financial strategy and operations. The role is responsible for financial planning, reporting, budgeting, governance, and ensuring long-term financial sustainability. The Finance Director will work closely with senior management and lead the finance team to support organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and budgeting

• Oversee financial reporting, accounting, and cashflow management

• Ensure compliance with SFRS, tax, and regulatory requirements

• Strengthen internal controls and manage financial risks

• Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team

• Liaise with auditors, regulators, and key stakeholders

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent

• CA/ACCA/CPA qualification preferred

• 10+ years relevant finance experience, including leadership roles

• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
