JOB RESPONSIBITIES
THE SCOPE OF WORK FOR A FINANCE CUM HR EXECUTIVE TYPICALLYINCLUDES A COMBINATION OF FINANCIAL AND HUMAN RESOURCES RESPONSIBILITES.
1. .ACCOUNTING.:
- ENSURE CASH FLOW IS WELL MANAGED TO SUPPORT THE BUSINESS OPERATIONS
- HANDLE FULL SET OF ACCOUNTS
- BOOKING KEEPING USING STANDARD ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE
- PROVIDE MANAGEMENT FREQUENT UPDATE ON CASHFLOW POSITION
- LIAISON WITH BANKS, GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS, INTERNAL & EXTERNAL AUDITORS AND TAX CONSULTANTS
TO FACILITATE SMOOTH AUDIT AND TAX COMPLIANCE PROCESSES
- PREPARE QUARTERLY GST RETURNS, ENSURING ACCURACY AND TIMELY SUBMISSION
2. .HUMAN RESOURCES.:
- HANDLE MONTHLY PAYROLL, ENSURING ACCURATE SALARY DISBURSEMENTS, CPF CONTRIBUTIONS AND
OTHER HR MATTERS, INCLUDING RECRUITMENT
- MANAGING EMPLOYEE RECORDS EG. UPDATE STAFF LEAVE, MEDICAL LEAVE & ETC
- ASSISTING WITH PERFORMANCE APPRAISALS
- HANDLE WORK PASS APPLICATIONS, RENEWALS AND HR DOCUMENTATION
- HANDLING HR COMPLIANCE AND LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
- PROVIDE GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT WHEN REQUIRED
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
- STRONG NUMERICAL SKILLS, ACCURATE WITH NUMBERS
- ANALYTICAL
- BASIC ACCOUNTING QUALIFICATION
- ORGANISED AND NEAT IN HIS/HER WORK
- ABLE TO KEEP CONFIDENTIALITY
- PROFICIENT IN EXCEL AND GOOD ENGLISH WRITING SKILLS
- TEAM PLAYER
- UNDERSTANDING OF TRADE FINANCE IS AN ADVANTAGE
- KNOWLEDGE OF SINGAPORE LABOR LAWS, CPF AND GST COMPLIANCE
- PROFICIENCY IN USING QBO ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE
