Key Responsibilities
1. SG Finance Tasks
- Compilation and Execution of monthly accounting matters.
- Verification of AP, AR invoices and other accounting documents or records
- Updating and maintaining of accurate accounting Journals and other records such as (AP, AR, GL, and other accounting matters), in system and off system.
- Recording information, processing, and filing of accounting documents
- Preparation of checks, online banking and other documents that may be required.
- Liaison with internal and external parties to facilitate monthly closing.
- AR Collection.
- Audit or other ad-hoc reporting related affairs as agreed by Contractor and Client
- Accounts Payable - PPR (Payment process Receipt)
2. RHQ Finance and Corporate planning Tasks
- Monthly Sales Flash Report
- Support for Monthly Business Report (FP&A)
- Support for Budget preparation
- Support for SEA Regional Strategy planning & execution
- Collecting and summarizing retailer's sell-out data

Requirements
- Excellent team play, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with everyone in the organization.
- Open-minded, active tendency to accept different opinions from different perspectives.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or relevant fields
- Required skillset: Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- Preference of 5 - 10 years of experience in Accounting field
- Handle work independently.
- Robust analytics, prioritization, problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge in IT Matters.
