Role Summary
Responsible for managing the compensation control environment across the region, including brokers bonus calculation and accruals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support APAC Finance Control and management with financial analysis, performance reporting, and investigations.
- Produce accurate daily and monthly business metrics for management and strategic decisions.
- Manage brokers commissions payout calculations, reviews, and distributions, coordinate with HR and management for approvals.
- Prepare and present monthly budget vs. actual performance reports.
- Support COO team with new business initiatives, products, and market expansion projects.
- Partner with APAC and Global teams to provide financial insights for decision-making.
- Perform additional duties as required.

Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant (CPA, CGMA, ACCA).
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills PeopleSoft experience preferred.
- Exposure to multiple APAC markets is an advantage
