Finance Consultant (Management Consulting)

About the Role

Join Accenture's Management Consulting practice as a Finance Consultant, where you will help organizations transform their finance functions and operating models to drive sustainable business value. This role offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, shape strategic decisions, and deliver innovative solutions that improve business performance and operational effectiveness.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions, applying Finance Strategy expertise to design and implement business processes that enable transformation, efficiency, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

. Design and develop finance-related business processes aligned to client requirements and strategic objectives.

. Analyze current operating models, workflows, and organizational structures to identify improvement opportunities and performance gaps.

. Develop innovative and practical solutions by leveraging established methodologies, tools, and transformation assets.

. Support the implementation of finance transformation programs and change management initiatives to drive successful adoption.

. Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to align process improvements with business priorities.

. Facilitate workshops, assessments, and stakeholder discussions to gather requirements and build consensus.

. Monitor transformation outcomes and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.

. Contribute thought leadership, industry insights, and finance strategy expertise across engagements and internal initiatives.

Required Qualifications

. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.

. Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance Strategy, finance transformation, management consulting, or a related field.

. Advanced proficiency in Finance Strategy.

. Experience analyzing business processes, operating models, and organizational performance.

. Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

. Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and business functions.

. Experience supporting organizational change and process adoption initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

. Advanced proficiency in Commercial Management.

. Advanced proficiency in Contract Management.

. Advanced proficiency in Cost Accounting.

. Advanced proficiency in Sales Pursuit Management.

. Intermediate proficiency in Analytical Thinking.

. Experience participating in large-scale transformation or operating model redesign programs.

. Knowledge of finance operating models, performance management, and process optimization frameworks.
