We are a fund management company seeking to hire a Finance & Compliance Associate to support the company and its portfolio operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the fund's accounting operations and portfolio reporting activities, including maintaining full sets of accounts and preparing monthly/quarterly management accounts
- Support year-end closing and liaise with external auditors, including preparing audit schedules and respond to audit queries
- Prepare and submit regulatory filings, including MAS declarations and ensure timely adherence to all statutory and regulatory deadlines
- Support compliance matters, including maintaining compliance policies, registers and documentation
- Liaise with internal auditors and respond to internal audit queries
- Provide general administrative support for finance and compliance functions
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business or related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or compliance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc)
- Experience in a financial services or MAS-regulated environment is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple deadlines
