The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with a growing technology company to identify a seasoned Finance Business Partner to join their team.
• As a Finance Business Partner, you will be a trusted strategic advisor to the CFO and senior leadership, partnering with HODs to drive business performance, growth initiatives and strategic decision-making.

The Job

• Lead the end-to-end FP&A cycle across multiple sites, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and long-range financial planning.
• Build and enhance financial models to support capacity expansion, CAPEX investments, new market entry and other strategic initiatives.
• Partner closely with the CFO and senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations that shape strategic and operational decision-making.
• Act as a key finance business partner to Commercial, Operations and Engineering teams, evaluating business cases for new contracts, investments and expansion opportunities.
• Drive data-led financial management through KPI dashboards, management reporting and analysis of operational and commercial performance.
• Leverage advanced Excel modelling and scenario analysis to support sensitivity analysis, decision-making and board-level reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve finance processes, enhancing the quality, efficiency and timeliness of management reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional qualifications such as CA, CPA or ACCA are preferred.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience in regional Finance Business Partnering, FP&A and financial analysis, ideally within the technology, telecommunications or asset-intensive industries.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Tableau/Power BI and ERP systems, with proven experience in financial modelling, data analysis and management reporting.
• Strong commercial and business acumen, with the ability to translate financial and operational data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage and influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
