Position: Finance Business Partner
Salary: $6,000 - $10,000/month
Contract: 1 year (Immediate start)
Work Schedule: 42 hours per week
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or relevant professional qualification.
- Minimum 5 years experience in business partnering or commercial/financial analysis.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficient in financial analysis, forecasting, and business decision support.
- Hands-on with large datasets advanced Excel skills (Power Pivot, Power Query, financial modelling).
- Experience with Workday, dashboards/data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of Python or SQL for data analysis/automation is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnership & Financial Management
- Partner with divisions and project managers to analyse financial performance, conduct business reviews, and provide actionable insights.
- Lead cost optimisation initiatives, efficiency projects, and process improvements.
- Support decision-making through scenario analysis, forecasting, and resource allocation guidance.
- Execute month/year-end closing activities, financial reporting, budget allocations, and virements.
- Analyse variances and operational metrics to drive performance improvements.
- Prepare accruals, grant recovery documentation, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Support purchase order management, fixed asset transfers, and respond to user queries.
- Participate in system enhancements, process improvements, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
Other Responsibilities
- Support the team with operational tasks.
- Undertake strategic analysis projects and other duties as assigned.
