About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Regional Finance Business Partner to join our team. This role will be instrumental in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decisions, and enabling growth across the region. Partnering closely with the leadership team, country finance leads, and global finance stakeholders, you will deliver insights and support key initiatives that shape the future of our business. Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted financial advisor to leadership teams across the region, delivering insights that shape strategy and drive growth.
- Support pricing, portfolio optimization, and market expansion initiatives within the MedTech business.
- Translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations that influence key decisions.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning cycles.
- Analyze regional performance, highlight trends, and identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Present monthly and quarterly business reviews with clear financial narratives and strategic insights.
Performance Management
- Monitor KPIs and business drivers to ensure targets are achieved and resources are effectively deployed.
- Develop financial dashboards, variance analyses, and performance summaries for senior leadership.
- Anticipate risks and opportunities, recommending proactive actions to support regional goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations teams to evaluate business cases and investments.
- Partner with country finance leads to ensure alignment, consistency, and accuracy in financial reporting and planning.
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimization across financial and operational areas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance (CPA, CA, ACCA, or CFA preferred).
- 58 years of relevant finance experience in FP&A, business partnering, or commercial finance roles, ideally in the medical device or FMCG sector.
