The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering with a growing Technology Co. We are looking for talent with a strong FP&A background to join the team!
- As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in partnering closely with HODs and cross-functional stakeholders to drive financial and business performance through your FP&A expertise.
The Job
- Responsible for management and financial reporting activities for the respective regions.
- Handle budgeting and forecasting exercises, quarterly and year-end schedules, revenue tracking, and business performance analysis.
- Perform data analysis to support financial and business strategy planning.
- Develop, manage dashboards and present figures and performance results to the management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders across the region on financial planning and analysis activities.
- Participate in new initiatives, driving business process improvements and streamlining activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, or ACCA preferred.
- Over 6 years of relevant regional FP&A experience in a dynamic business environment.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Tableau/Power BI, and ERP systems.
- Strong business acumen with a proactive and self-driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
