About Our Client

Job Description
- Take end-to-end responsibility for financial oversight and results across a designated group of countries.
- Act as the primary finance partner to business leaders, providing support and direction on all financial matters.
- Work closely with the Group Transaction Finance (GTF) shared services team in the KL SSC to ensure efficient delivery of Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities.
- Partner with the FP&A team in the KL SSC to deliver routine management reporting and support ad-hoc financial analyses.
- Review and sign off on statutory filings, including audited financial statements and corporate income tax submissions.
- Liaise with the regional tax lead on corporate tax planning and audit matters, and guide the GTF team on indirect taxes and transactional tax topics such as VAT, withholding tax, and transfer pricing.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of recurring financial deliverables, including monthly cost reviews, forecasts, budgets, and management reviews.
- Support compensation planning by modelling incentive scenarios in collaboration with business leaders and HR.
- Conduct quarterly assessments of bonus accruals to ensure alignment with approved incentive frameworks.
- Perform quarterly balance sheet reviews to validate reconciliations, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions where required.
- Drive ongoing enhancements and efficiencies across finance processes and controls.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, with ACCA or an equivalent professional qualification.
- At least 4 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, or related roles within a multinational or matrix organisation.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
- Exposure to Power BI and Oracle NetSuite would be a plus.
- Demonstrated analytical and planning capabilities to support informed business decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders across various departments.
- The ability to interpret complex financial data and present actionable insights
