Finance Associate (Temp)

Conduct annual asset sighting exercise:

. Liaise with Asset Custodians for physical sighting of all Fixed Assets using RFID scanner

. Email declaration for all Low Value Assets

. Prepare annual report highlighting assets that cannot be located, not in good working condition, disposed

without proper authorisation etc.

. Re-tagging of fixed assets where required

. Upload photo of assets sighted / tagged.

Requirements

Academic Qualification: Diploma holder

Relevant work experience: At least 1 - 2 years of experience in finance related work

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint

WFO

M-F: 8.30am - 6.00pm

AMK/ JEM/ Braddell

(required to travel to different offices)
