Job Summary
Manage comprehensive accounting functions to ensure accurate financial records, compliance, and reporting. Support budgeting, audits, and administrative tasks to contribute to effective financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a full set of accounts by recording daily transactions and performing general bookkeeping to ensure accurate financial data
- Monitor cash positions and prepare detailed cash flow reports, reconciliations, and forecasts to support financial planning
- Assist in budgeting processes by tracking financial performance and analyzing variances to inform management decisions
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, regulations, and government grant conditions to uphold legal and financial standards
- Safeguard financial data by maintaining confidentiality and implementing secure data handling practices
- Process invoices, claims, and related documentation accurately to support timely payments and financial integrity
- Prepare schedules and documentation to facilitate external audit processes and ensure audit readiness
- Provide administrative and HR support by maintaining employee records and assisting with payroll matters to support workforce management
- Undertake ad-hoc accounting, financial, and administrative tasks as assigned by management to support operational needs
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting, LCCI or equivalent.
- 3 years related working experience.
- Meticulous, organized and excellent documentation skills
- Able to act and operate independently with minimum supervision to accomplish tasks
- Able to meet assigned deadlines
- Able to excel in small organisation environment
- Hands-on knowledge of full sets
- Priority will be given to those who can start work on short notice
- Those with experience in asset management industry will be highly regarded
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Xero preferred
- Singaporeans, PR or Malaysians preferred
