Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions.
- Monitor daily bank balances and assist with weekly cash flow updates and payments.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Assist in GST filing and corporate tax schedule preparation.
- Maintain organized financial records and support ad-hoc administrative or project tasks.
- Draft responses to queries from bankers, auditors, or counterparties.
- Follow financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure data integrity.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and finance best practices.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or data entry audit firm experience preferred.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, U8) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Basic knowledge of bank transactions, TT payments, and reconciliation processes.
