Key Responsibilities
- Prepare invoices, credit notes, and statements of accounts.
- Perform reconciliation work and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Verify invoices and supporting documents to ensure compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of reporting schedules and other financial reports.
- Record key entries into the accounting system accurately and promptly.
- Track intercompany transactions and reconcile outstanding balances.
- Handle ad-hoc finance-related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
- Strong attention to detail with good analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
