Job Description

Finance and Office Manager

The finance and Office Manager is responsible for overseeing daily finance, administrave, human resources functions to ensure the smooth functions of the office.

Key Responsibilties:

  • Oversee and streamline all administrative processes
  • Manage payroll, CPF Contribution and commission calculations
  • Support HR Functions, including on/off boarding, maintaining employee record and handling leave system
  • Assist in management report, annual audits and compliance reporting
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations, company policies and internal controls.
  • Provide assistance/support for IT matter
  • other and ah hoc support as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR and office management
  • Knoweldge of Singapore Labour Laws and HR best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
