Finance and Office Manager
The finance and Office Manager is responsible for overseeing daily finance, administrave, human resources functions to ensure the smooth functions of the office.
Key Responsibilties:
- Oversee and streamline all administrative processes
- Manage payroll, CPF Contribution and commission calculations
- Support HR Functions, including on/off boarding, maintaining employee record and handling leave system
- Assist in management report, annual audits and compliance reporting
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, company policies and internal controls.
- Provide assistance/support for IT matter
- other and ah hoc support as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR and office management
- Knoweldge of Singapore Labour Laws and HR best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
