Performance Management: Develop and implement KPI frameworks, performance appraisal systems, and competitive compensation and benefits structures to drive employee productivity.

Process Optimization: Supervise and streamline operational workflows across departments to enhance inter-departmental collaboration and overall factory productivity.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all corporate HR policies and financial statements strictly comply with the statutory requirements of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) and the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) in Singapore.
