Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle partial accounts receivable functions, primarily recording daily donation income for designated bank accounts.
- Perform monthly donation reconciliations by ensuring that the total donation amounts recorded in QuickBooks match those in the Donor Management System, and vice versa.
- Handle partial accounts payable functions, including entering vendor bills into QuickBooks, monitoring outstanding payments, preparing payment vouchers, and processing payments for approval.
- Manage and update petty cash claims.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of bi-monthly management accounts and budget variance analysis reports for Board meetings.
- Assist in handling the accounts of a small subsidiary.
- Assist with investment matters, mainly fixed deposit renewals and new placements (a few times per month).
- Assist in day-to-day general administration and operational matters.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Prior experience handling a full set of accounts is preferred.
- Experience in using QuickBooks (Online version) is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates).
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
- Able to complete tasks within stipulated deadlines.

Educational Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
