This full-time position will provide crucial administrative and financial support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
1. Finance Duties:
. Handling accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, record-keeping, and reconciliations
. Maintaining and updating financial records and databases
. Assist the director and senior finance executive with various financial and administrative tasks.
. Assist with month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing activities
. Knowledge of VAT/GST and withholding tax is advantageous
. Assist in-country compliance with government regulations including external audits and tax returns
2. Administrative Duties:
. Support and handle day-to-day office administration and documentation related to accounts and general
administration.
. Manage stationery and office supply inventories.
. Handle documentation for export/import permits if applicable
. Any other ad-hoc tasks from management
Requirements
. Preferable at least NITEC in accounting, business admin or related fields
. Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in a similar accounts or administrative role (entry level / fresh graduates
may be accepted)
. Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
. Positive working attitude, able to work with a team with minimum supervision.
. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate financial records
. Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities
. Preferable Singaporean or SPR
