Finance and Accounting Manager

Objective:

We are an industry leader in the space we operate in and are currently seeking a strategic partner to oversee financial operations at our Cambodia facility. Reporting directly to CFO and managing a team of 5-10, this role will have the opportunity to advance into leadership positions within our organization.

Key responsibilities:

- Oversee accounting operations in Cambodia, including financial statement preparation, cost accounting, tax filing, and financial analysis, ensuring accounting integrity, transparency, and compliance.

- Responsible for managing and training the local finance team. Implement and enforce internal control and audit policies.

- Cross-functional collaborations, communicate and coordinate finance-related matters across departments. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

- Assist in external communication and coordination with local government agencies, accounting firms, banks, and other external parties.

- Act as a strategic partner and provide cost analysis and other management reports to HQ.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

- 10 years and above relevant experience in Finance/Accounting/Audit, and minimal 3 years in managerial capacity.

- Experience in manufacturing industry is a must with proficiency in cost accounting, and familiar with IFRS and ERP system.

- Candidates with listed company experience are preferred.
