Financial Reporting & Consolidation: Lead monthly closing activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and comprehensive financial reporting. Manage quarterly group consolidations and prepare monthly management reports.
Compliance & Taxation: Ensure strict adherence to Singapore regulatory frameworks, including IRAS, ACRA, MOM, and GST requirements.
Audit Management: Manage the full external audit cycle and coordinate with international onshore teams to address audit queries and deliverables.
Operations & ERP Management: Lead SAP implementation for finance modules, ensuring alignment with IFRS and corporate policies. Oversee AR/AP tracking, vendor payments, employee claims, and monthly cash flow reports.
Banking & Trade Finance: Manage corporate banking activities, including opening accounts and coordinating payments.
