- Financial Reporting & Consolidation: Lead monthly closing activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and comprehensive financial reporting. Manage quarterly group consolidations and prepare monthly management reports.
- Compliance & Taxation: Ensure strict adherence to Singapore regulatory frameworks, including IRAS, ACRA, MOM, and GST requirements.
- Audit Management: Manage the full external audit cycle and coordinate with international onshore teams to address audit queries and deliverables.
- Operations & ERP Management: Lead SAP implementation for finance modules, ensuring alignment with IFRS and corporate policies. Oversee AR/AP tracking, vendor payments, employee claims, and monthly cash flow reports.
- Banking & Trade Finance: Manage corporate banking activities, including opening accounts and coordinating payments.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Certification: Chartered Accountant Preferrable
- Education: Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent degree.
- Technical Expertise: Over 5 years of experience in financial reporting, audit, and IFRS application.
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SAP and advanced Excel.
- Competencies: Strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and trade financing within a global/group setting.
- Communication: Proven ability to engage stakeholders and drive operational improvements through clear communication.
