We are seeking two M&A interns to participate an intense immersion and mentor-based M&A internship.
Interns will learn how a private equity M&A team functions, how various industries and businesses relate
to each other, and how private equity (PE) buyers find, value, negotiate, and structure.

Role Description
This is an on-site internship role based in Singapore for a Finance Analyst Intern specializing in M&A and Sales Growth Acceleration. The intern will assist in tasks such as analyzing financial statements, preparing financial models, conducting industry and market research, and evaluating market opportunities. Responsibilities also include supporting due diligence processes, assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations, and collaborating with the team on strategic initiatives. The intern will gain valuable exposure to M&A processes and strategic growth projects within industrial end-markets.
