Experience: 4+ years

Location: Singapore

Contract Duration: 5 months (Extendable, with potential conversion to Permanent based on performance)

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) role.

About the Role:

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Financial Planning: Build financial models, forecasts, and budgets for large IT projects.
• Dashboards & Reporting: Create automated reports and dashboards to track financial performance in real-time.
• Process Improvement: Automate manual financial tasks to increase efficiency.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as the main finance partner for project teams and external partners (e.g., MOH for grants).
• Project Oversight: Monitor budgets, assess risks, track project health, and manage grant compliance/cash flow.

What You Need (Essential Requirements)

• Experience: 4 to 6 years in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis).
• Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Core Tech Skills: Advanced Excel (modeling, macros, pivot tables) + Tableau skills (Preferred).
• Key Strengths: Analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and strong communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred Qualifications)

• Systems & Tools: SAP, Power BI, Python, or SQL.
• Industry: Healthcare or Tech experience.
• Certifications: CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
