• Oversee full-spectrum fund setup, corporate secretarial workflows, and administrative operations.
• Manage board and committee meeting logistics, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and documentation.
• Administer corporate banking and brokerage accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding and continuous account maintenance.
• Lead regulatory compliance activities, including anti-money laundering assessments, client background verification, and statutory reporting.
• Direct outsourced technology partners to guarantee secure data backups, system continuity, and digital infrastructure reliability.

• Strong background in middle-office management or fund operations within the asset management or financial services sector.
• Recognized tertiary degree in business administration, accounting, or a related discipline.
