Oon & Bazul is seeking a meticulous and proactive Finance and Admin Executive to support the Firm's day-to-day finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify payment vouchers for both office and client accounts.
- Prepare cheques, telegraphic transfers (TT), or petty cash for office and client accounts, and accurately record transactions in the system and Excel.
- Monitor and record disbursements/staff reimbursement in the accounting system.
- Reconcile and record GIRO transactions, including e-Litigation filings, CBS searches, and Bizinsight searches.
- Adjust prepayments and accruals in the accounting system.
- Assist in audit preparation and income tax submissions.
- Physically submit TTs to the bank or deposit cheques as required.
- File and scan payment vouchers for record-keeping.
- Handle ad hoc requests from other departments, including marketing expenses, disbursements, and fund allocations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business Administration.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a Finance and administrative role preferred.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with accounting systems is an advantage.
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
