Job Description

Oon & Bazul is seeking a meticulous and proactive Finance and Admin Executive to support the Firm's day-to-day finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify payment vouchers for both office and client accounts.
  • Prepare cheques, telegraphic transfers (TT), or petty cash for office and client accounts, and accurately record transactions in the system and Excel.
  • Monitor and record disbursements/staff reimbursement in the accounting system.
  • Reconcile and record GIRO transactions, including e-Litigation filings, CBS searches, and Bizinsight searches.
  • Adjust prepayments and accruals in the accounting system.
  • Assist in audit preparation and income tax submissions.
  • Physically submit TTs to the bank or deposit cheques as required.
  • File and scan payment vouchers for record-keeping.
  • Handle ad hoc requests from other departments, including marketing expenses, disbursements, and fund allocations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business Administration.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a Finance and administrative role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with accounting systems is an advantage.
  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
