Job Description

Job Title: Finance & Admin Assistant
Location: Bencoolen
Salary: $2,500
Working days: Monday to Friday


We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Admin Assistant to support our finance and administrative operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable, and prepare invoices, receipts, and vouchers
  • Support monthly financial reporting
  • Prepare contracts and agreements, ensuring proper documentation
  • Liaise with clients and handle general communication (calls, emails)
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in finance or administrative roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic accounting knowledge
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
  • Only Singaporeans and Permanent Residents may apply
