About the Role
Home for Good Singapore is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Finance & Administration Executive to support the organisation's financial and administration operations. This role is suited for someone comfortable working in a small IPC charity environment, managing day-to-day finance and administration processes while ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a full set of accounts using Xero accounting software
- Manage organisational budgets, expense tracking, and basic financial reporting
- Process HR payroll, CPF submissions, and related documentation
- Issue donor tax receipts and maintain accurate donation records in line with IPC requirements
- Support financial operations, including invoicing, payments, bank reconciliations, and expense claims
- Assist with audit preparation, documentation, and grant reporting where required
- Ensure compliance with charity governance and finance procedures
- Maintain and organise the organisation's relevant documents
- General administration
Requirements
- Experience using Xero is required
- Prior experience in finance/admin roles, preferably in a non-profit or IPC charity setting
- Working knowledge of Singapore payroll processes and statutory submissions
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently in a small team environment
- Good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Familiarity with donor management or charity compliance practices in Singapore
