Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITES

  • Monthly invoicing of nursing home fees and other charges to residents.
  • Collection of payments from residents.
  • Track residents insurance payouts eg: IDAPE and Eldershield.
  • Update transactions into accounting software.
  • Generate Statement of Account to residents and follow up with outstanding receivables.
  • Handle all other administrative matters pertaining to residents and next of kin at the Home.
  • General administrative duties (eg: attend to walk in and call in enquiries) and any other ad-hoc duties.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Attained at least LCCI accounting qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience
  • Pleasant personality and good team-spirit
  • Able to communicate well with people from various walks of life
  • Able to speak Mandarin and/or dialects is advantageous as need to liaise with Mandarin/dialect speaking clients
