Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full set of accounts and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
  • Oversee invoicing, payments, trade documents, and inter-company reconciliations.
  • Prepare financial statements, management reports, GST and tax filings.
  • Lead annual audit and statutory reporting.
  • Handle core administration functions (procurement, insurance, licensing, treasury, contracts, company secretarial).
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, CPF, IRAS, and external partners.
  • Support HR operations including payroll, recruitment, work passes, leave and employee records.
  • Perform other finance and administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • At least Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • At least 4years of relevant experience in handling full set of accounts.
  • Detail-oriented, efficient, responsible, and a strong team player.
  • Able to work independently and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with SAGE Accpac or similar accounting systems is an advantage.

Reporting Office: Ubi (Walking Distance from Macpherson MRT)

Working Hours: 5-day work week, Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm
