Role Description
The Finance & Admin Manager will work closely with thelocal Managing Director, as well as the respective regional Finance team andthe central Finance Function in Germany, providing data, analysis and supportwhere needed. In addition, the local Finance Admin will coordinate localservice providers for accounting, tax, payroll and travel management.
Requirements
- Solid finance background with experience in reporting, payment processing and executive support
- Skilled in coordinating service providers (tax, payroll, accounting) and supporting compliance and regional reporting
- Strong communication skills to support MD and Regional Finance team (English proficiency, Chinese is a plus)
Responsibilities
- Support regional Finance team and local MD with reporting and provision of data.
- Support on critical tasks: Payment arrangement via e-banking tool based on requests
- Coordination of local tax, accounting, payroll and travel management service provider.
- Coordinate root cause analysis and corrective measures.
- Assist with regional reporting, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Support MD and HR APAC for local relative HR operation topics such as external Payroll service interface, local benefit arrangement, insurance and performance management process etc.
- Collaborate with business functions to enhance processes and collect timely and accurate data to support informed decision-making.
- Support service provider and central Finance functions with ad-hoc Analysis of:
- P&L Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement
- Inventories (FG), advance payment
- Receivables, overdue analysis (in cooperation with commercial operations)
- Leading budget, forecast and prepare reports according to group template or system
- Overheads (percentages) & cost center budgeting and analysis
- Product costs
