Finance Key Responsibilities:
. Support to the finance and operations functions by handling daily accounting tasks, administrative duties, and office coordination.
. Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records
. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
. Assist with bank reconciliations and cash management
. Process and track monthly staff claims and business operating expenses
. Some production accounting experience for costings for manufacturing would be advantages.
. Support month-end closing and management reporting
. Liaise with vendors, customers, auditors, and banks on finance matters
. Maintain proper filing of financial documents for audit and compliance
. Assist in GST tracking, filing preparation, and IRAS submissions
. Support statutory reporting requirements e.g. ACRA, IRAS
Administrative & Office Support:
. Handle general office administration and documentation for Admin & IT
. Assist in Order Management, procurement of office supplies and services, generating POs,
. Manage filing systems physical and digital, labelling of products
. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
. Support company secretarial documentation, forms and surveys where required
. Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications:
. Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
. 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance & admin roles in Singapore
. Requires accuracy, strong organisational skills, and familiarity with Singapore regulatory and statutory requirements.
. Basic understanding of accounting principles and GST regulations, basic compliance (IRAS, ACRA)
. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software (e.g. Navision)
. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
. Good communication skills in English
