Finance & Accounts Manager

• Position: Finance Manager

• Location: Boon Lay

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $7,500 + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Construction building materials

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain full set of accounts in a timely manner

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

• Oversee revenue cycle management, including billing, claims, and collections, to optimise cash flow and reduce receivables ageing

• Lead in the centre's financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring

• Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and operational decisions

• Manage working capital needs and capital expenditure planning

• Liaise with auditors, banks, vendors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and transparency

• Conduct financial risk assessments and support business continuity planning

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Accountancy or equivalent

• 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry is required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
