Finance & Accounting Specialist

The Finance & Accounting Specialist will handle end-to-end accounting operations and finance activities, including maintaining the books, month-end closing, statutory and management reporting, cash and treasury operations, and internal control documentation. This role works closely with local stakeholders and HQ to ensure timely, accurate financial information and compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.

Job Description / Key Responsibilities

- Maintain the books and execute end-to-end month-end/quarterly/year-end close, including journal entries and
key reconciliations.

- Prepare monthly financial statements and management/statutory reporting, including HQ reporting packages
and intercompany schedules.

- Handle external audit support end-to-end by preparing and submitting PBC materials and responding to
inquiries.

- Prepare and coordinate periodic tax filings and support corporate income tax compliance with schedules.

- Execute daily treasury operations(payments, bank transfers) and manage bank administration.

- Handle trade finance operations, including preparing and reviewing LC-related documents, coordinating with
banks and counterparties, and maintaining related documentation.

- Document and perform key finance controls and implement practical process improvements via templates and
checklists.

- Provide general administrative and operational support, including coordination and day-to-day assistance as
needed.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (or equivalent experience)

- Hands-on finance/accounting experience preferred (close, reporting, reconciliations).

- Working knowledge of IFRS and/or Local GAAP audit support experience preferred.

- Strong Excel skills ERP/accounting system experience preferred.

- Business-level English communication skills.

- This is a newly established division of POSCO International, a Korea-based investment and trading
company.

- This division specializes in LNG trading and aims to expand its role and scope of operations in the market.

- As this is a newly set-up, transaction volume is expected to be limited initially therefore, we are seeking a
candidate who can handle finance and accounting end-to-end across the full spectrum of responsibilities.
