We are a leading architectural design consultancy specializing in large-scale, mixed-use developments. Our projects are structured around phased payments, requiring strong financial oversight and precise transactional accounting. With offices in Barcelona, Singapore, Vietnam and Dubai, we are seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to ensure smooth financial operations across these entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage transactional accounting duties including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of cash flow records
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes to support project and business planning
- Oversee month-end closing and financial year-end closing, including preparation of statutory accounts and tax filings
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulatory requirements in our oversea offices
- Partner with management to provide clear financial insights that support project-based payment structures
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA, CPA) preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in transactional accounting and financial reporting
- Prior exposure to regional accounting (multi-entity, cross-border) is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Singapore tax and accounting regulations familiarity with regional practices preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBook accounting software and MS Excel
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently in a fast-paced consulting environment
