Job Description & Requirements
Engineer's Responsibilities
- Develop manufacturing processes & NPI preparation.
- Design and develop the assembly Jig and fixture for assemblies.
- Familiar with Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA).
- Engineering Change Notice (ECN) implementation & Material Review Board (MRB) review.
- Prepare manufacturing work instruction.
- Continues improvement project.
Requirements:
- NITEC/ITE/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics or equivalent.
- Experience in final assembly process is a plus.
- Must be committed to work towards the project delivery and commissioning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess problems or issues.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Knowledge in Industrial automation and/or SMT process will be advantages.
- Fresh graduates will also be considered.
