Fill & Finish Consultant Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

EFOR is expanding our consulting team and looking for an experienced Fill & Finish Consultant to contribute to challenging and rewarding pharmaceutical projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and support fill & finish operations for pharmaceutical and/or biotechnological products.
• Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines in aseptic production and sterile manufacturing environments.
• Manage sterile filling, lyophilization, and final product packaging (vials, syringes, cartridges, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, engineering, validation) to optimize processes and drive operational excellence.
• Participate in process validation and troubleshooting activities.

Your Profile :

• Proven experience in fill & finish operations within the pharmaceutical or biopharma industry.
• Strong knowledge of aseptic and sterile manufacturing principles.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (cGMP, PIC/S, FDA, EMA).
• Team player with effective communication skills.
