FileNet Developer – Java/J2EE

We are seeking an experienced System Support Specialist and FileNet Developer Java/J2EE to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in system support and Java programming, specializing in enterprise environments, particularly within the banking sector. This role requires a mix of technical prowess and excellent communication skills to manage systems efficiently and interact with various stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform system support and maintenance for Java/JSP/MS SQL/Oracle-based applications.
• Deploy applications and patches on IBM WebSphere Application Server and manage application lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to SLAs.
• Utilize Windows and AIX server commands proficiently to manage the backend operations.
• Maintain hands-on expertise in Microsoft SQL and Oracle databases, optimizing performance and security.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to enhance system functionality and address technical challenges.
• Manage project requirements and track progress using tools such as JIRA, GITHUB, and Eclipse.

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in system support and Java programming using Java/JSP/MS SQL/Oracle.
• Experience with IBM FileNet, Content Navigator, Case Manager, Suntec Pricing, and Product Bundling is advantageous.
• Proven ability to deploy applications or patches in an IBM WebSphere Application Server environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a proven track record in production issue resolution.
• Familiarity with Windows and AIX servers commands.
