Job Summary
You will lead and coordinate a team of fieldwork interviewers to ensure accurate and timely data collection. Your role will drive quality assurance and operational efficiency in survey administration.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a pool of fieldwork interviewers to achieve timely and accurate data collection outcomes
- Assign interview cases strategically to interviewers to optimize workload distribution and field coverage
- Review completed questionnaires to verify completeness and accuracy, ensuring data integrity
- Monitor interviewer progress regularly to identify and resolve potential delays or issues proactively
- Conduct verification checks with respondents to confirm authenticity and reliability of collected data
- Apply coding schemes accurately to completed questionnaires to facilitate data analysis
- Collaborate with interviewers to clarify and resolve missing or erroneous questionnaire responses, enhancing data quality
