Fields and Marketing Manager

Looking for candidates who are in Singapore only.

As the Field & Events Marketing Manager, you will own fileAI's events program end-to-end from

strategy and planning to execution and performance reporting. You'll run external events, support

customer and partner activations, and ensure every event reflects a premium SaaS brand experience.

This role will be based in Singapore where you'll work directly alongside our founders and leadership

team to grow our business globally. This is the perfect role for someone who is eager to bring immediate

impact and shape our global sales organisation.

How you'll contribute

Own and execute fileAI's external events calendar (conferences, trade shows, hosted events,

roundtables, field activations).

Coordinate customer and partner events, including co-hosted sessions and joint activations.

Manage logistics, budgets, vendors, and timelines to deliver high-quality events at scale.

Own event assets and resources (booth materials, print collateral, swag, slides, signage,

templates, landing pages).

Partner with marketing, commercial, partnerships, and leadership teams to plan and deliver

events on time.

Track event performance (attendance, engagement, pipeline impact) and continuously improve

results.

Who you are

5+ years experience in events marketing, field marketing, or experiential marketing (B2B

SaaS/tech preferred).

Strong event execution skills: planning, operations, vendors, budgets, and stakeholder

management.

Experience coordinating events with customers and partners.

Highly organised, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced

environment.

Strong communication skills and confident working cross-functionally.

Willingness to travel as needed.
