Field Technicians

Key Responsibilities1 Field Service & Maintenance (Primary Scope)

Perform generator set inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting at customer sites.

Identify root causes of generator failures and provide effective solutions.

Prepare field service, maintenance, and troubleshooting reports.

Execute scheduled maintenance plans for assigned customers.

Carry out any other related duties as assigned.

2 Generator Set Assembly & Production Support

Perform assembly, wiring, painting, and electrical testing of generator sets.

Handle lifting and movement of generator parts and components safely.

Conduct daily machinery inspections and equipment health checks before use.

Perform basic machinery maintenance and report abnormalities to supervisor.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, PDCA activities).

Carry out other assigned production-related tasks.

3 Workplace Safety & Housekeeping

Strictly adhere to safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.

Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the work area.

Ensure tools and lifting equipment are certified, valid, and safe before use.

Dispose of chemicals (oil, coolant, etc.) according to environmental safety regulations.

Comply with company environmental, safety, and health standards.

Requirements

Nitec, or any certificate in Electrical / Mechatronic / Mechanical equivalent (preferable)

Metal work place safety health and environmental knowledge (preferable)

Minimum 1 years of experience in machinery assembly or generator testing, gas engine (preferable)

Understanding in diesel engine/ gas engine, generator, wiring is advantageous

Overseas after sales service or onsite support experience is advantageous

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and diagnostic skills are advantageous.

Operating equipment (Forklift/overhead crane), heavy lifting, working in varied environments is advantageou
