We are seeking a motivated and technically inclined Technician to join a dynamic organization within the semiconductor industry. This role offers hands-on experience in equipment servicing, regional exposure, and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to customer sites and occasional overseas assignments within Southeast Asia may be required.
- Provide on-site technical support, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance and reliability.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Liaise with customers to deliver professional and timely service.
- Work independently while ensuring adherence to service standards and safety protocols.
Requirements
- NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience as a Technician/ Service Engineer in the Semiconductor or Mechanical Engineering industries is an advantage.
- Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
