Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Field Technician and Logistics professional to support daily operations. This role combines on-site technical work, logistics coordination, and warehouse operations to ensure efficient service delivery and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment or systems
- Diagnose technical issues and carry out repairs or replacements as needed
- Handle delivery, setup, and collection of equipment or materials
- Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, transportation, and route planning
- Manage warehouse activities such as receiving, storing, picking, and packing goods
- Track inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records
- Conduct stock checks and support inventory audits
- Ensure proper documentation of service activities, deliveries, and inventory movement
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and storage areas
- Work closely with operations and support teams to meet service timelines
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
Requirements
- Diploma or certification in Electrical, Mechanical, IT, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in field service, technical support, warehousing, or logistics is an advantage
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work (including lifting and moving goods)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license (if travel or deliveries are required)
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with tools, equipment handling, or technical systems
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory tracking tools
- Basic knowledge of logistics coordination and documentation
